CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Hereby, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (with amendments and additions), freely, by my own will and in my own interest, and also confirming my legal capacity, I give my consent to the Multify Website Administration (hereinafter – the Operator), website: https://trymultify.com, contact email address: contact@aleksei.dev, to the processing of their personal data under the following conditions:

3. 5. During processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

8.2. I have the right to access my personal data, to demand clarification (updating, modification) of my personal data by sending a notification to the address: contact@aleksei.dev with the note "Personal Data Update", as well as the deletion and destruction of my personal data if its processing by the Operator violates my legitimate rights and interests, or the legislation of the Russian Federation;
8.3. in case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006;
8.4. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to it;
8.5. I have the right to refuse to receive informational and promotional mailings by sending an email to: contact@aleksei.dev.
9. I undertake, in the event of changes to my personal data or information about me, to immediately notify the Operator, providing supporting documents (if necessary).
10. By this Agreement, I confirm that I am the subject of the personal data provided, and also confirm the accuracy of the data provided.
